The Manager of Nursing Services for Providence Home Infusion provides direct nursing supervision to field nursing staff providing patient care related to infusion therapy in the home, clinic, AIC or alternate living site. The Nurse Manager acts as a resource for staff providing care to patients with infusion home care needs, provides effective financial and operational management of nursing department and is an active participant in the organizations leadership team including participation in all marketing and growth strategies. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Two years of experience in acute care nursing.
Five years of home health or home infusion experience.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience required.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
Credentialed nurse in IV practice preferred

Clinical Pharmacist

SALARYRANGE - 83-125k DESCRIPTION - Duke Home Infusion, a member of Duke HomeCare & Hospice and Duke Medicine, is seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to work as part of our interdisciplinary care team in providing safe and effective home infusion therapies. Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous drug therapy is required. Must be capable of assuming responsibility for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy relative to the total needs/problems of the home care patient in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Must be able to work effectively with others to provide safe and effective drug therapy. Must demonstrate ability to solve problems and supervise technical and other support staff. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy is required. A Pharm D is preferred. Current licensure as a registered pharmacist in the state of NC required. A minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute-care setting or o ne year of recent experience in home infusion therapy is required. Must be flexible with work schedule. Good organizational and time-management skills are required. Membership and participation in professional societies and organizations is desirable.
